Anxiety and stress management are my specialities, including general anxiety, panic disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder. I also have dealt extensively with helping people overcome fear of driving, flying and other phobias. I teach many different ways to handle anxiety, including hypnosis, EMDR, relaxation techniques and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have produced 5 award winning CD's on the issues of worry, sleep, weight, fear of flying and driving, and staying calm with spouse and children- all which feature HYPNOSIS and MEDITATION and are available on Amazon and ITunes.
I have an advanced certificate in EMDR which, when in combination with cognitive therapy, solution focused therapies and other newer therapies, such as ego state therapy and schema therapy are tremendously effective in relieving anxiety and providing stress management. I have been in private practice over twenty years on Miami Beach.
I have received certification in EMDR, as well as advanced training in hypnotherapy and relaxation training.
