A former performing artist, I have a unique appreciation for the struggles of creatives. As half of an interracial marriage, I am sensitive to issues of culture and identity.
Using evidence-based therapies: psychodynamic, EMDR, somatic and parts work, we access your natural capacities to heal. While talk therapy is invaluable, EMDR and somatic work are known for reducing the nervous system's tendency to go into fight or flight and collapse/freeze in the face of stressors.
