Hello, I'm Roberta. Life has its challenges, and reaching out for therapy is the first step in creating the life you desire—a life of fulfillment. We all experience life transitions, and my practice is focused on helping my clients navigate those transitions through process, reframing negative thoughts, and learning skills to incorporate into their lives. I believe my clients have within them what it takes to live purposeful, joyful lives, and my role is to accompany them on their journey. I utilize a cognitive behavioral approach, mindfulness, and positive psychology.

My clients identify negative thinking issues, and we work together to reframe and create adaptive thinking strategies. Clients in my practice often reach out for therapy for support in dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, and chronic illness.

I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer virtual sessions. I encourage my clients to develop positive self-care practices and self-compassion. I look forward to accompanying you on your therapy and wellness journey.
