Wholeness is the natural state of every person. We live in an age that demands extensive coping skills, and also offers so many opportunities for healing. I'm honored every day to see the unique brilliance of each person I work with, and to offer some valuable new tools, experiences, and lenses to bring your own wisdom into focus.
I use Imago Relationship Therapy to help couples achieve safety and relationship re-visioning. For children and parents, I offer play therapy and parenting support. I use EMDR for acute trauma (PTSD) as well as chronic and childhood struggles. I also draw on mindfulness and existential approaches for a new experience of 'self'.
