I have experience working in corporate settings, both public accounting and mortgage finance, for a total of 10 years. As a result, I am able to help individuals navigate the demands of a corporate world. Roberta's experience also involves children, adolescents, and adults that have experienced and are attempting to recover from debilitating perfectionism, anxiety, worry, and trauma.
My specialty is in assisting clients through the vast spectrum of worry, anxiety, grief, and loss. There are many adjustments to life that can trigger emotional needs that may have been ignored for years. Furthermore, there are a range of reasons we are triggered and I am here to process unresolved emotions.
