When you are looking for a therapist you want someone who will listen, and who will hear your story without passing judgment. Once your story is told you hope your therapist can help you look at your situation from some different perspectives, and help you identify the limiting filters that you may use to view your world, so that you have more choices and possibilities in confronting and moving through tough times.
With 30 years of experience, I offer you a genuine, safe and warm environment in which to do this work. Your issues may range from loss of a relationship, living in a confusing relationship, injury through past or current trauma, and/or adjusting to everyday life, such as childbirth, parenting, and work stresses.
Depression, anxiety, compulsive behaviors, and other diagnostic criteria usually accompany stress during troubled times. When the core of your issues get addressed the symptoms diminish or subside. When you decide it is time, call me or send me an email to set up your first appointment. I look forward to meeting you.
