As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I provide compassionate, professional support to individuals seeking to improve their mental well-being. I help clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, and trauma, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to their unique needs. My goal is to create a safe space where clients feel heard and empowered to foster personal growth, resilience, and emotional health.
In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and non-judgmental space where they can share what brings them to counseling. I will spend time getting to know their background, concerns, needs and goals for therapy. This session focuses on building rapport understanding and assessing their unique needs, while also exploring how therapy can help.
I will discuss confidentiality, explain the therapeutic process, and address any questions they have. Together, I’ll start outlining a plan for future sessions, ensuring clients feel comfortable and supported from the beginning.
