Hello, I'm a MSW, LCSW, LCAS-A in the great state of North Carolina with 6 years of professional work experience working as a Psychotherapist on an assertive community treatment team. I have experience in helping clients with anxiety, depression, anger management, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and developing self-care and coping skills. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. During the initial intake it is important to build a therapeutic relationship while obtaining a clear understanding regarding the expectations of the person being served.
Once the intake has been completed it is important to develop a personal center plan in-order to work toward accomplishing short-term and long-term goals tailored to meet the unique and specific needs of the individual being served.
Over the past 6 years I have been using evidenced based interventions CBT, ACT, CBT-I, Prolonged Exposure Therapy and Psych Rehab to assist the people I serve with reducing the severity of their ongoing symptoms and problems.
