I offer one-on-one virtual counseling and marital workshops on rebuilding intimacy, communication, and conflict resolution. I am a trained Adlerian Brief Couples Therapist (ABCT).
I specialize in post-affair couples therapy. I help couples develop relational skills around communication, conflict resolution, and desire and learn how to connect through personality differences. My role as a couples therapist is to create a safe space where diverse experiences can be explored with compassion.
I provide a warm, nonjudgmental listening presence to all my clients. I foster a collaborative environment where you are an active co-participant in setting and achieving your goals. My therapy practice is throughout Illinois, and my relationship and life coaching practice is across the US. I offer virtual and remote counseling/coaching only at this time.
