I have 37 years, experience working with individuals, families and children in the home, community and, school. I have also worked with developmentally disabled adults and children in private homes and in group homes. I have spent 6 years, as a drug and alcohol counselor. I have also worked in assisted living facilities with individuals 65 and over with memory care deficits. I have also worked with individuals that are housebound.
I work with individuals, families, and children. I believe that all negative behavior has a purpose and its own reward. I work on teaching children appropriate ways of having their needs met, which reduces the negative behavior. That same principle applies to adults.
