I provide virtual OCD and anxiety therapy to adults throughout Florida.

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and focused on meaningful change in everyday life. I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help adults struggling with generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).
