My career has been spent in treating persons experiencing eating and substance use disorders, PTSD, depression, anxiety, Career Difficulties, Agoraphobia, Anger Management, Divorce, OCD, Panic Attacks, Self Esteem, Social Anxiety, Grief, Social Anxiety, along with any other condition that has these ingredients present.
My specialty skills include a certification in EMDR to treat anxiety and PTSD, extensive training and experience working with self-harm issues, motivational interviewing, Trauma Focused and Cognitive Therapy.
I feel it is important to approach each of my clients in a manner that honors their individuality, the life that they have lived and the behaviors that helped them survive. My first task is to help you build trust in my skills that will allow you to move toward the best life that you want to live. I am passionate about moving you out of your sense of pain.
