Techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and other modalities are utilized to promote skill development and awareness of personal mental processes. Improved well-being will be encouraged through the strengthening of familiar self-care practices, as well as the development of new practices to live a fulfilling life.
