My name is Roberto Solorio Jr. and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Southern California and working with clients throughout the state of California via telehealth. I work with adults 18y/o-60y/o and specialize in depressive and anxiety disorders using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy along with exposure therapy techniques and Mindfulness practice to help my clients improve their emotional well-being and begin to feel better.
My approach to therapy is tailored to each client based on the client's unique needs. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as it helps client identify their beliefs and thoughts and the impact it is having on their emotions and behavior which helps client start to feel better.
My style and approach are a good fit for adults from young to older adults who are dealing with life transitions, job/career transitions, self-esteem issues, challenges with self-love, and challenges with self-compassion. I help clients work through these issues and build skills to allow them to manage and improve these issues on their own.
