I work primarily with teens, men's issues, and couples, but if you are a person in need of help, I'm here for that. I want to help you overcome whatever challenges you are facing, and that will happen as we work together. I am currently working with a team of therapists through Unbroken Family Counseling, under the supervision of a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). When necessary, I work with schools, psychiatrists, and other community resources necessary to help my clients.
I have Fifteen Years of experience working with in a wide array of teens, adolescents, and adults. I use a client centered relational approach and elements of REBT and other cognitive approaches to help meet every client where they are at, set goals, and work together to reach them.
I'm not perfect (none of us are), but I've seen enough hurting people to know that at some point we all are going to need help getting through something. If I might be the person to help you right now I hope you choose to reach out, because I would love to help.
