Undertaking a healing journey can often feel lonely and isolating. It’s understandable to hesitate to open up, fearing judgment, shame, or condemnation. I remember meeting a therapist seventeen years ago who offered me a safe space free from judgment. His genuine compassion made me realize that healing is possible and transformative. That experience ignited a passion for helping others feel safe, heard, and understood, no matter their struggles. This inspired me to shift my career path after earning my MBA and pursue a second Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. We're here to support you, providing compassion and understanding
Ten years ago, I dedicated myself to developing and improving addiction recovery systems, particularly focusing on pornography recovery. We created Level Up IOP programs designed to help heal addiction and compulsive behaviors and the growing challenges of immersive technology addictions. We also address challenges like OCD, ADD, and anxiety.
Our Intensive Outpatient Clinic is designed for both youth and adults facing challenges like trauma, anxiety, depression, pornography, and OCD. What sets us apart is our commitment to a compassionate and individualized healing process. Youth Anxiety Intensive Outpatient Therapy
Youth IOP focuses on connection, compassion, love and personal/family empowerment as the methods of healing because of the onslaught of trauma we experience in life, and now the trauma of a virus. IOP is a 6-month group-based program that focuses on your inner strengths. We help discover and explore the amazing healing power your brain already has locked inside. We DO NOT focus on the "wrong" behaviors but rather discover what is "right" about you. Positive change.
