My treatment approach is to promote a person's growth using techniques that are both comprehensive and tailored to individual needs. Treatment is grounded in empirical, researched-based interventions and theories, that are delivered in an ethical manner, always with respect to the client’s personal identity, their culture, values, and belief systems.
My clients are from diverse backgrounds and have struggled with issues such as anxiety, depressed mood, trauma, and generally feeling emotionally overwhelmed and out of balance. They range from younger adults who are feeling pressured in social situations, to older people struggling with grief and loss.
