I'm Bobby Raymond, LPC, and I strive to make therapy feel engaging, not like a chore. I work with adults and adolescents facing depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, and relationship challenges. Together, we'll develop coping strategies, build self-awareness, and manage symptoms, with the ultimate goal of empowering you to solve problems and foster personal growth. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to support client growth.
I work with adolescents (13+) and adults who feel disconnected from their purpose or struggle to function well in their environment. I have specialized training in addressing depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, trauma, adjustment disorders, and attentional issues.
Growing up as the new kid in school over a dozen times, I learned to adapt like a chameleon. These challenges developed skills I might have otherwise missed. In therapy, I use humor, metaphor, and storytelling to make psychological concepts relatable and to emphasize key insights for my clients.
