My primary area of interest is working with adults in their mid-20s through early-40s who feel as if their fears and anxieties are holding them back in their lives, those who feel stuck in place, alone with their struggle, and unable to move forward. I enjoy helping clients to move through these fears to create the life that they want for themselves, by helping them to see themselves and their world in a more balanced and accepting way, and to respond in ways that fit with who they truly are.
Through the process of self-exploration and reflection, I help you to understand the patterns that exist in your perceptions, responses, and interactions. I also use mindfulness to help you be more present and flexible with your attention, accepting of yourself, and intentional in your responses to life's challenges.
Please email or call me at the information listed. Please know that if you are over the age of 18, you must contact me yourself to schedule an appointment. A parent, spouse, relative, etc., may not schedule the appointment for you. I look forward to hearing from you.
