I love working with individuals and couples who are ready for change and healing, even if they do not know where to start. Sometimes we think we know where we want to go in life, but feel stuck in how to get there. Other times we are not sure what it looks or feels like, but only know that something needs to get better now.
I primarily work with people living with the effects of trauma (complex childhood trauma, religious trauma, or relationship trauma), stress, anxiety, depression and wanting to overcome shame. I strive to make this a safe place for all people
I also specialize in working with the unique issues men face today.
I take a straight-forward and compassionate approach, focused on empowerment and collaboration. Together we can work on both immediate needs, and healing the roots of the struggles that affect you.
I blend CBT, ACT, and IFS, as well as Gottman method and attachment-based work for relationship struggles.
