I treat issues related to anxiety, ADHD, autism, depression, childhood trauma and gay male identity. I also support navigating relational/family conflict, grief/loss and career stressors. No matter your reason for seeking therapy, I strive to help clients ignite personal growth through insight, self-compassion and coping strategies.
