With an empathetic and caring approach, I support clients experiencing grief, anxiety or depression. I also work with clients looking to heal trauma wounds, kick an addiction, navigate difficult relationships and codependency, or overcome challenging life events. I enjoy working with first-time dads, providing a space for dads to navigate this significant life transition. I assist in connecting life's dots that bring about awareness and healing to narratives and behaviors that no longer serve you. I also enjoy working with couples of all types to rebuild relationships by identifying cycles of conflict, re-establishing trust and emotional safety, and repairing breakdowns in communication.
