A difficult divorce, and seeing the impact high-conflict separation can have on children ,profoundly shaped my path. I became a therapist with a clear purpose: help families navigate conflict and transition in ways that protect children and reduce long-term emotional health.
I practice from a trauma-informed perspective with a strong emphasis on emotional and relational safety. My work focuses on families and children affected by divorce, conflict, and relational wounds, and I am attentive to how trauma influences attachment, communication, and emotional regulation.
