I work with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, trauma responses, people-pleasing, and low self-worth. My approach is warm, direct, and practical. Therapy with me is collaborative and focused on helping you gain insight, build healthier patterns, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.

We’ll start with a free 15-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit. From there, we will talk about what’s bringing you in, what you want to change, and create a plan together. My goal is to help you feel more confident, improve your relationships, and build a life that feels more fulfilling.
