I’m a seasoned therapist who has worked with PTSD, narcissistic relationships, anxiety, dissociation, mood problems and more. My experience has deepened the effectiveness of my work and you will find that you’ll make significant progress with me even if you’ve had previous therapy. I’m comfortable with spirituality, existential crises as well as everyday self-management. My work is heart centered and compassionate.
I use many tools, including cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, relational communication, positive thinking, spirituality and specialized trauma approaches (EMDR). I am a Clinical Member of the AAMFT and EMDR trauma clinician (Level 2). I also offer consultation services for businesses, organizations, corporations. I see thru the lenses of several layers.
