I work with persons from all walks of life, and can strongly relate to EMS and Health Care Workers, & find a great connection with that population due to my long history in this field. My work with Military and Veterans is a natural offshoot of that specialty, due to our many military family members. I welcome clients from all areas, lifestyles, and professions.
I currently specialize in Telehealth, as the world adjusts to the pandemic of Covid-19. Utilizing an eclectic approach, I assist clients in coping with, and overcoming current issues and traumas, as well as long-term struggles. We will focus on identifying and working toward YOUR goals, not mine.
My personality and life experiences have resulted in an innate ability to "connect" with each client, while teaching & modeling appropriate coping skills, boundaries, & positive behaviors.
