Do you feel stuck in your relationships? Or are you having trouble finding and making the kind of social or romantic connections you would like? I specialize in working with COUPLES and GROUPS to resolve communication barriers and alleviate feelings of frustration and loneliness.

Relationship issues often create feelings of insecurity that chip away at our enjoyment of life. Untreated, they may lead to related issues, like: sexual dysfunction, infidelity, substance and food abuse, among others. I specialize in providing my clients with concrete skills they can use to manage and overcome these issues.

I have advanced training in Gestalt Therapy and couples work, and offer couples, group, and individual therapy. If you are considering starting therapy and want to work with someone who understands your concerns, please call me for a free phone consultation.
