Therapy is the journey in self-understanding and healing; one I wish to guide you on. Whether you’re seeking therapy because you feel sad, hopeless, or anxious, or because you wish to better understand yourself, I offer a safe and non-judgmental space in which we can embark on the therapeutic journey together.
The therapy I provide incorporates mindfulness and psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, and person-centered approaches. I have experience in LGBTQ+, multicultural, and substance use counseling, and have worked with individuals on managing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, substance use, self-esteem issues, stress management, and conflict resolution.
Mental health is an often overlooked concept in our society, and it is my goal to help destigmatize therapy. Our mental health is a part of our overall health, and therapy can help us achieve a more positive sense of self.
