The focus of my practice is Trauma and Dissociation and Trauma related struggles. I currently offer psychotherapy services for Individual Adults 21 and older. I am Certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy by the EMDR International Association. I hold a Certificate in Trauma and Dissociation awarded by the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation. I'm Level One trained in Deep Brain Reorienting Therapy (DBR) and also trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
You can learn to break free from struggles and overcome ineffective behavior patterns that prevent you from living a meaningful and enjoyable life. I view counseling as a collaborative process that requires safety and trust between client and therapist. I believe counseling is exploratory, challenging ,growth-oriented and requires a strong commitment.
