If you are struggling to feel growth and connection in your personal life there are several different areas of focus that can be immensely helpful. While different mental health struggles manifest uniquely, I strive to implement the most relevant forms of care and approach for you personally and positionally. We all come from differing backgrounds and circumstances, yet I believe connection and vulnerability to be universal in terms of alleviating harmful symptoms of depression, anxiety, addiction, and many other struggles.
My main approach is collaboratively supporting clients through their own self-discovery in order to provide skills and insights that will allow them to move forward in life in whatever way is desirable to them. I offer, CBT, DBT, ACT & Mindfulness, and couples and family therapy as a means of approaching individualized trauma-informed care.
Having worked in the mental health field for over a decade, and had personal struggles of my own, I realize that genuine connection and care are of the utmost importance in terms of finding a clinician to grow with.
