I have a Master of Science in Marriage, Family, & Child Therapy and have spent the past several years working with children, parents, & families/foster families. Along the way, I've learned that people heal best when they feel safe, understood, and accepted.
I work with people of all ages and am especially helpful for those struggling with trauma related reactions, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges. People often tell me I have a kind voice and am easy to talk to. I'm a regular person first and a therapist second, and I believe some of the best therapy happens through a genuine human connection.
My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-rooted, and client-centered. I believe healing begins with feeling safe, understood, and accepted. I also draw from CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy interventions, and Solution-Focused therapy, tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals.
Starting therapy can feel uncomfortable, and it's okay if you're not sure where to begin. You don't need to have the right words or answers. Just be curious about you.
