I am a seasoned therapist with a solid background of training in counseling psychology and I keep a very enthusiastic learning edge on perspectives and developments in psychotherapy. I can always find a way to generate an earnest and stimulative approach to working with clients in therapy. Depth psychology is my theoretical orientation and I also utilize the skill building modalities of evidence-based practices such as CBT and Mindfulness to help my clients restructure cognitions and recalibrate experience. I also have extensive learning in Attachment Theory, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Nondual Therapy, and Trauma Informed modalities of care.
I also have 22 years of addiction recovery and therefore have awareness and experience of the processes of recovering from co-occurring disorders of mental health and chemical dependency. I am also interested in spirituality, meditation, nonduality, Sanatana Dharma, contemplative science, astrology, Jungian studies, and welcome discourse in such topics.
