We address vibrational energy that causes mental illness. our goal is to raise your vibrational energy to a level that raises your positive vibes to counter act the negative vibes. We use a workbook called 90 days to good health which includes goal setting, EFT, Affirmations, Meditation, Aroma Therapy, Relaxation, and Assertiveness Training.
