I help people with depression and anxiety feel better and make life changes through evidence based treatments, such as psychodynamics, CBT and interpersonal psychotherapy. Each individual's course of depression and anxiety is unique, so I approach each treatment plan with the time and care that it needs. I focus on helping clients notice strengths, feel less alone, and improve relationships.
