Throughout my thirty year career, I've been dedicated to counseling males from their late teens through their thirties, as well as men in midlife. I am committed to helping males understand and overcome the barriers that block their paths to creating a positive, productive and hopeful future. I am also successful at assisting parents whose children are facing challenges in transitioning into an independent young adulthood.
I have considerable expertise, and a positive approach toward teaching couples more positive and effective ways of communicating. With my guidance and support, conflict will be replaced by cooperation and caring. And what you will learn will enable you to turn potential conflict into an opportunity to build trust and sustain good feelings for each other.
Additionally, I treat depression and anxiety, parent-child conflicts, and life transitions. I also help individuals and families with alcohol and other drug related problems.
