About
I am the owner of the Robert Jason Grant Ed.D AutPlay Therapy Clinic. I am the creator of AutPlay Therapy - an integrative family play therapy approach. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a variety of mental health needs. Some of my specializations include addressing the needs of neurodivergent children, adolescents, and adults (autism, ADHD, trauma issues, and anxiety and depression struggles). I am neurodiversity affirming and informed and provide individual, family, and group therapy. I provide in-office and telehealth services. I also offer parent training and coaching services.
I am a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor and Board Certified Telehealth Professional. I am also the creator of AutPlay Therapy and the author of several articles and books on Play Therapy and neurodiversity. I am also a certified EMDR provider and work with both children and adults struggling with PTSD and trauma.
I work with children, parents, and adult clients as co-change agents/partners in the therapeutic process. I am neurodiversity affirming and strive to create an accepting and judgment free atmosphere for healing and growth.
