I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been working in the field for over 21 years. I have worked with an array of issues including depression, anxiety, anger management and addiction. I also have a specialty with working with kids ages 10 and above including adolescents whom I've been working with for over 20 years.
I have a few specialties including working with addiction as well as with families affected by addiction. I also have experience working with trauma and anxiety. I have been a director of a substance abuse program with an adult and an adolecscent program for over 10 years.
I use a mix of cognitive behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, motivational enhancement therapy and relapse prevention therapy depending on the person sitting before me. The ultimate goal is to help people reach their potential and live happy and fulfilling lives
