I come from an existentialist and internal family systems, trauma-informed philosophy, with pragmatic, evidence-based approaches rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical emotional regulation, and mindfulness. I help one identify the functions of what is creating issues in their life and find solutions to heal and thrive.
From a trauma-informed, mindfulness-based lens, I help individuals recognize how they can integrate the sometimes complex and hidden parts of the Self to work toward their potential and healing. Through processing complex emotions, shadow integration, and limiting self-narratives, I create a safe space and help individuals work through life's journey.
