I work primarily with adults, seniors and older adolescents. I enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and communities. I usually work with people on issues such as anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, relationship issues and Trauma. I also enjoy working with people who want to make the most of their creative potential.
I think in terms of integrating multiple methods of helping people. My primary therapeutic influences are Cognitive Behavioral, Gestalt, Person-centered, Somatic, Systems and Motivational interviewing
We are all not identical. We all have different temperaments and comforts zones. I try to develop a unique approach to each client that will best serve their individual needs. I am friendly and informal in my communication style and try to help anyone I work with feel welcome and accepted. All peoples, cultures, faiths, and lifestyles are welcome.
