I have extensive experience working and addressing Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders (OCD), phobias, anxiety and depression. I am a ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider and also a skilled Couples Counselor, providing premarital and marital therapy, helping my clients develop tools to communicate better, negotiate differences, and problem-solve in a healthier way and have helped individuals through difficult life changes.

Specializing in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), I bring 20+ years of experience to help my clients develop new tools and techniques to cope with the challenges of life. I am highly skilled in utilizing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Therapy (ERP) and other supportive therapy approaches in my work.

I have completed Level I clinical training in the Gottman Method for couples therapy and use CBT and ACT methods to help couples develop strategies to improve their relationships. I am committed to offering the care that helps my clients get back on track, find their inner strengths, and repair unproductive thoughts and behavior patterns.
