I actively work to make the process relevant and helpful for you. I have been a therapist for 30+ years so I have had thousands of conversations with clients and extensive advanced training. I know change can be challenging so I try to make the process as efficient and painless as possible. I am motivated to help you meet YOUR goals. My specialty is couples therapy and sex therapy - I have had extensive advanced training in these areas of practice. Relationship skills can be learned and you can feel better about yourself and your partner when you are relating with love, consideration, kindness and passion. I also work extensively with other therapists who seek my help.
All of my work is via teletherapy. This way of working with clients allows very easy access from anywhere in Illinois and Florida - I am licensed in both states and spend 6 months in each. Use of Hipaa-approved (very secure) high quality video offers convenience and easier scheduling and equals the impact of in-person sessions.
