Imagine what your life could be like if ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, or relationship issues no longer controlled your life. Imagine being able to manage the stressors that continually weigh heavily on you. When you have tried to resolve these issues on your own, but haven't found the result you are looking for, it's time to reach out for support. It's not about working harder, but smarter. My job is to provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment to allow you to find the balance and improvement you have been seeking.

I have provided psychotherapy in Florida since 2009 and Maryland since 2017. I specialize in working with ADHD, anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship issues. I provide individual therapy, couples therapy, Adult ADHD testing, and psychoeducational evaluations. My practice offers psychiatric care under the same roof, when medication is recommended.
