I bring extensive experience in active cognitive-behavioral therapy for individuals and couples, I provide evidence-based treatment for depression and anxiety. Care begins with a thorough diagnostic assessment. Accurate diagnosis is often overlooked in mental health care—I prioritize getting it right so treatment is focused, effective, and tailored to you.
Executive coaching is more directive, active, and intense. Sessions can be outside the office and no diagnosis is made.
I work best with educated, professionally trained, or creatively active adults struggling with anxiety, which often goes with depression and a desire to become more effective and fulfilled. I treat couples to improve communication, restore emotional and sexual connection, and recover from the impact of infidelity.
My fees are structured to balance accessibility with maintaining a strong practice. I’m in-network with some insurance plans, though participation can change, so please confirm current status. If you’re a creative professional or work in a lower-paying service field, I’m open to discussing a reduced fee.
