I aim to provide clients with understanding, supportive, and culturally aware talk therapy. Whether in person or through telehealth, I work with all individuals and families while offering special attention to vulnerable and underrepresented communities. Client experiences may include trauma, stress, anxiety, sadness, life transitions, grief/loss in relationships, personal growth, and overall wellness.
I approach therapy from a person-centered perspective, using a mix of Cognitive Behavioral and Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Strengths-Based interventions to help clients reach their desired goals. My experience includes talk therapy, case management, and a current doctoral project focusing on stress management and racial trauma.
