My goal as a therapist is to provide a welcoming, collaborative space where clients are met with compassion, respect, and the freedom to show up authentically. I have clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples across a wide range of presenting concerns, including anxiety, burnout, life stress, ADHD, grief and loss, relationship conflict, and eating disorders. For clients with eating disorders, I also provide support in managing and navigating co-occurring medical complications such as gastroparesis and IBS. I am a Certified Eating Disorder Treatment Clinician (EDTC),
I am formally trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and also utilize Narrative Therapy and Existentialism. I have extensive experience with Anxiety Disorders, Trauma, Life Stress, Career Uncertainty, Grief and Loss, Relationships, Issues faced by LGBTQ+ folks, and Eating Disorders.
