I like to work with couples and individuals who want things to be different in their lives. I believe that their lives can change for the better, but it takes willpower, determination and motivation. If you don't have those things I can help you attain them.
When working with couples I don't try and determine who is at fault, instead I know that both parties have contributions that cause the disfunction in the relationship. With individual clients I understand that the majority of their problems stem from a poor ability to manage feelings, therefore I help clients realize that the solution is within themselves.
