I want to foster an environment of care and autonomy. I take a client-centered approach to therapy based out of an individual's strengths and right for self-determination. I have background in providing outpatient counseling (individual and group settings) to assist my clients with a variety of mental health and substance use recovery needs.
I understand that it can be difficult making a decision to get help. Sometimes we don't even realize what the root of our problem may be and feel that we are unsure of what to expect.
