Robert Espiau, MFTA, LMHCA, NCACII, Marriage & Family Therapist in Seattle
I have over 24 years experience, and specialize in helping to resolve Military and Combat related PTSD, panic attacks, anxiety, complex trauma, Couples counseling, sexual addictions, nightmares, sexual abuse, and depression. I also work with time loss; Dissociative identity disorder (previously known as multiple personality disorder), and issues related to religious abuse. I have a strong background in cross cultural psychology, having lived and studied the nature of consciousness as a monastic for six years within other cultures; this has given me a diverse and complex perspective on life and people.
If you have tried traditional talk therapy and it has not been very effective, I can offer you a non-judgmental, compassionate space to feel seen and heard no matter how hard or crazy what your going through seems.
I can also show you how to stop PTSD related nightmares without the use of medications. I offer both compassion and precision in my approach and techniques, so that you are more likely to be freed from these conditions.
