Robert W. Dumond is a board certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor licensed in New Hampshire LCMHC 117 and Massachusetts LMHC 1090 who has provided mental health and counseling services in a variety of settings since 1970. He has served as a counselor, psychologist, mental health clinician, victim advocate, senior executive, researcher, educator, policy maker and national consultant in local, state and federal agencies public/private non-profit. Treatment settings have included residential treatment centers, community-based care, psychiatric hospitals, jails and prisons, counseling centers and hospital emergency rooms.
