Often times, we find ourselves stuck in behavior we know is holding us back from being the best version of us. Supporting kids AND their families is an important part of my work. Creating a safe space for a child's voice and an encouraging space for a parent's confidence can transform how a family communicates and connects.
My approach is deeply humanistic and exploratory. I believe people grow best when they feel understood and supported.
Above all, my goal is to create a space where you can understand yourself more fully, feel supported in difficult moments, and build the capacity for more intentional, attuned connection with yourself and others.
